“We stayed for four nights and liked everything about it. The only reason I gave 4 stars for service is that reception is only open 9-6 and occasionally not staffed because they have other responsibilities. And only one roll of toilet paper, which could have been a problem. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. We walked to the old town and also took trams many times. A studio but spacious with a little kitchen. There was confusion about a taxi at train station but staff was responsive quickly by phone/WhatsApp even though it was about 6 pm. I emailed ahead of time for restaurants in walking distance since we were arriving late. They gave good suggestions. Couldn’t get English tv (not tech savvy) but that was fine. Washing machine helpful. Would definitely stay there again. ”
