“We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience overall. The staff were outstanding - always helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. We had breakfast and dinner included, and both were excellent value for the extra cost. The restaurant service was exceptional. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the trolley bus stop, the colonnade, and a nearby convenience store. The wellness facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the bubble bath and paraffin treatments. The swimming pool is small, but perfect for relaxation, with pleasantly warm water (around 28-29°C). Despite seeing some negative reviews before our stay, our experience was very positive and did not reflect those comments. We would happily stay here again. Some parts of the hotel could benefit from more regular maintenance and minor repairs. Our room was on the south side and became very hot during the day. Without air conditioning or at least a fan, it was difficult to cool down before the evening.”
