“The hotel staff was very nice and professional. The hotel on the outside and inside was renovated and looked clean and tidy. The breakfast was really good. The good things end here for me. Everything else was not for a 4 star hotel. Maybe a 3 star at best. The shower did not work. The water did not drain even a bit. We arrived very late - close to 23 when the reception closed and tried to have a shower and it was impossible. Reception closes at 23 so there was no one to call. The beds were terrible.We wanted a double room, which was 2 twin beds with a hole between them. No ammenities for a 4 star hotel - missing napkins, missing toiletries. It felt like the whole room was made to annoy the guest.Overall I was very disappointed in the hotel for this price. We checked out 1 night early and decided to go home rather than spend one more night there.”
