“The Location is pretty good, very near to the City. Public transport is also easily available, just around the corner. Reserved parking / streetside, works well if booked in advance. The staff was also helpful. Compared to the remaining very expensive hotels, this was more cost effective for a couple of days. The first day we arrived, there was an old Lady at the reception. She was extremely rude. I have no idea why a receptionist could be so rude to a customer. E.g. I asked which way is the swimming pool, I would like to see it. She replied "come back once you're ready to go into the pool, then I will show you". The receptionists there after, were very nice and sweet. But the first impression was extremely poor. The breakfast isn't that excellent. The food was very local and unnamed. We had no idea what food they were serving, except the known food for us. So that was also a bit surprising for me. The Sauna was "cold". Yes, it was Cold. Around 45/50 degrees, the first night. When it's a paid Sauna, it should have the right temperature. Wasn't useful, so I had to get out of it. The pool was extremely cold. Understandably, as the cost was included in the stay. Overall, not a pleasant experience.”
