“The room was cozy and clean, bed comfortable. The breakfast was great. Parking was free on a dedicated lot. The staff felt very cold and unwelcoming. During our check-in, one receptionist whispered to another one about our room not being ready in front of us. We wanted to try the private spa offered on the hotel's web page but were told it was not possible as other people stayed there late beyond the opening hours. The room AC wasn't working. The shower gel bottle was almost empty and ran out during our one night stay. During check-out, nobody asked if we liked the stay and we were just sent on our way.”
