“Good-sized, modern, well-equipped and confortable room, bathroom and corridor. Cosy spa, although rather small. Nice location in the immediate proximity of the promenade area. Hardly anybody speaks any English, so unless you speak Russian or a bit of German it is hard to communicate and misunderstandings may arise. Nobody came to clean the room, replace the towels and remove the garbage throughout our stay and it proved to be very challenging to request these basic things for.a 4 star hotel to the staff. In order to reach the room at the Boutique hotel (which is an annex to the main hotel) one has to take an elevator from the reception to the 3rd floor, walk through a corridor connecting the main building to the boutique hotel, climb a few stairs and then take another elevator.”
