“Great central location, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the gate to the castle. The room was bright with plenty of windows, the bathroom was clean, and the small storage room was a nice bonus. The property offered to store our luggage for a few hours after check-out, which was very helpful. The staff were unhelpful. They didn’t answer the phone for a long time, and when they finally did, they promised to send the self-check-in instructions. After almost four hours, several messages, and three more calls, they finally told us they had internet issues. Instead of offering a simple solution right away, they kept us waiting, forcing us to postpone our plans. The limited check-in hours (2–5 p.m.) are also very inconvenient for travelers. Because of this experience, I would not stay here again. There is no elevator, which may be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. The room also has no air conditioning, so it can get quite hot. The beds were not very comfortable and felt quite firm.”
