“The rooms were huge! Had nice kitchen facilities and was spacious. There was a restaurant inside the property premises. The staff was a bit rude during check-in and check-out. They were two different people, but both were impolite. During check-in, I greeted her and showed her my booking. She then showed her hand and I didn't understand. Apparently, she was asking for my passport. She also rolled her eyes when I said I couldn't understand Czech. Upon check-out, I went to the front desk the same time with a middle aged man. We both greeted the front desk and handed her our keys. We waited in front of her in case there was still something needed from us. After a minute, she said, "Do you need something else?" and we both said that we were waiting for her. She waved her hand and the man and I just looked at each other and laughed about it.”
