“The location was very good. Staff was terrible, arrogant, and unpleasant. After 8 p.m, it is impossible to access the hotel. We went out for dinner and came back to closed entrance with a sign to ring a bell, except there was no bell at all. It was raining and we were standing on the street waiting for somebody to open, which took like half an hour. And the person who opened was rude and ignorant. Awful experience! Moreover, we chose this place because on the website it says that the breakfast is served from 7-10 a.m. This is not the case. The best one can do is stay away from this horrible place!”
