“Some guys were good, customer service was as ok, place looks ok, nothing g to go crazy about it 1- Once our booking confirmation of was sent to us by email, few things started to happen, I sent email, text, voice messages and they just never reply back to us. 2- Got to the hotel and they couldn’t find our registration, the front desk guy Mac was trying to extra charge us for everything, we had a private driver dropping us at the place, they charge $54.000 for the van to drop us off at their location!!!! 3- one of my girls bed had a huge spider, pop from he is in their bed, front desk didn’t do nothing about, just laughed! 4- Asked Mac to help us with our ride to the airport , started at $900.000 for an hour drive, when I mentioned that couldn’t cost that much, price dropped to $700.000! We agreed on price and noticed they (hotel) made money on us even when we paid a fortune for a 1 night stay, not cool, they want to get a piece of everything even when booking a courtesy service for your guests!!!”
