“My stay at this hotel was ok, but EXTREMELY overpriced. This is at most a 2 star hotel. The room had cobwebs and dust all over when we got there. The first day our room was not even cleaned. The sink was leaking, and despite being “repaired” it flooded the room twice. We only got toiletries once, despite paying $250 a night. The pool was not cleaned very often, and the “poolside bar” that I was so excited about was never open. Our room’s only security was a padlock, not even a door handle. The room I got did not have a private balcony like I was expecting. There is absolutely nothing close to the hotel, so If you’re hungry you’re out of luck. I asked where I could get delivery from, and they gave me the number to a pizza place that was closed, and another place that didn’t answer the phone. The restaurants are across a very dangerous avenue that you have to jaywalk across, and definitely don’t wanna be walking around there at night. Overall, the best part of my stay were the resident hotel dogs who are super friendly and lovely.”
