“I got there at 230pm and told them I had a reservation... but I forgot to hit the finish button on the booking so they said they didn't have additional rooms and were sold out. Then I immediately tried to get the room again with booking and it went through I was happy. I told the guy and he said his system wasn't updated yet and he had to checkin a team of soccer players. I waited an hour and a half... spoke to the manager and she said she will get with me in another 35 to 45 mins.... so I just left and never got the room.... the customer service was just way too horrible. The employees seemed irritated that they had to deal with me... and had me wait without explanation for over 1 hr 45 mins”
