“Great location in a well to do neighborhood. The reception was quite cold and the cooncierges inferred that my guest was an escort :/ “Will you be staying here too?” Um, I DID book the hotel for two adults… my bf just stayed silent although he spoke fluent Spanish The plug I charged my phone into didn’t work so I woke up with a dead phone. I had to unplug the bed lamp in the morning and that worked to start charging it but u fortunately THE WIFI WAS NOT WORKING. So, no wifi, in an expensive hotel. I also asked the previous night if I could PAY for my two friends from London could join me at the pool. They said management would let me know in the morning. I asked again in the morning before I found out the wifi was dead and they reluctantly said yes. But by that time, I couldn’t even call them to invite them because I had no phone. The manager was kind and understanding and let us cancel our last night so we could go back to our “cheaper” hotel that had all the amenities.”
