“Absolutely loved my stay at Heiss Hotel. The bed was heavenly and honestly the best pillows I’ve ever slept on. The room was spotless and perfectly maintained. The pool felt like paradise, the breakfast buffet was excellent with nothing to complain about, and the gym was also outstanding. The people at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful, and I also had an amazing massage and facial during my stay. The food is a bit more expensive, but that’s quite normal for El Poblado. I truly enjoyed this gift to myself for my birthday, it was exactly the relaxing and luxurious experience I needed. Would have loved a bette conditionar and some lotion in the rooms. Thats really the only feedback I can think of”
