“Breakfast was great, most of the staff were lovely except for one man working at night who was rude and unhelpful. It’s extremely noisy and also there was a loud repetitive mechanical noise every 5minutes at night so it was impossible to sleep. When I went to reception the man working was rude and didn't want to help me, I tried to ask in spanish to switch rooms (which isn't perfect but is pretty good I’m B1 level and can hold a conversation even if i do have an accent) and the man said he doesn’t speak english and just ignored me, just went back to watching tv on his phone - when I messaged on the whatsapp they weren’t helpful either. Also theres no windows - it’s just all concrete and only opens up into the inside rooms.”
