“I just got back from a four-night stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Bogotá and had an excellent experience. The service was truly outstanding—some of the best I’ve ever had—and it made the entire trip feel easy, effortless and safe. I was surprised to hear that the hotel was more than 15 years old, as it feels brand new. Everything was extremely well maintained, clean, and comfortable, with a polished but welcoming vibe throughout. The staff really made the difference. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. Johanna at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. In Food & Beverage, the Executive Chef, Christian and Ignacio were consistently great, and it was clear how much care goes into the overall dining experience and making guests feel at home. Luis the bellman was always attentive and made arrivals and departures smooth and easy. My husband and I were sad to leave! This was a great stay from start to finish, and the JW Marriott Bogotá truly delivers on warm, thoughtful hospitality. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.”
