“The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. Especially, Carlos on reception and the lady who deals with the breakfast. The apartment we stayed in was identical to the photographs. Large living dining area with Kitchenette. Shower was hot and powerful. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Breakfast, might have been small for some however, we found it sufficient for our taste. Especially, the eggs made to order by the lady. Located in a nice, safe area of Bogotá. Lots of cafes, restaurants around. Lack of kitchen equipment. Had to ask for a kettle. No saucepans provided or washing up equipment. No temperature control in the apartment, as it doesn’t offer any air conditioning units.”
