“I usually don’t leave bad reviews and wait to see if things get better with the passing of days, but here everything is getting worse. Our experience from front desk to restaurant had been terrible (With the exception of Nuri Ricaurte, she has been extremely nice and helpful). They never acknowledged you, during breakfast we waited 20 min before someone came and offered coffee, needless to say that there were only two other tables there. We came this afternoon and asked the front desk if he could place a request for someone to bring ice to the room, he said that we needed to come to the room and call room service and do it myself, again no body else was there, so he was not busy and like that so many complaints of poor customer service. We stayed here before and had a very good experience, but definitely this new staff need to learn some manners and customer service before dealing with guests.”
