“We arrived on a late flight from New Zealand and I forgot to book the shuttle car to the hotel from the airport. We did not speak Chinese and had small children. It was cold and we were on 2am time! The hotel was contacted on my behalf and they sent a car that arrived within 40mins... all of this was arranged while using a language translation app.... marvelous. When we arrived at the hotel safely they had hot tea waiting and though were unable to speak English we all got by using the language transmitter and were checked in. The room was excellent and the customer service could not be faulted. It was a quick stay as we were leaving early the next morning for our connecting flight to the UK which they booked a shuttle for and took away all of the stress associated with this. Thank you. Although it is close to the Airport it is a 25min trip but as they lay on the shuttle this is not a problem.”
