“Lobby was pretty, bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast had good variety but nothing special. The room wasn’t properly clean there was dust not cleaned on switches and toilet roll holders, there was wear on the tables old marks etc. the windows were open so the room felt humid but the aircon was too cold and couldn’t be adjusted well. The elevators took a long time to arrive and were very dirty with cigarettes, dirt and rubbish on the floor. The delivery robot was trying to push me out of the queue for the elevator! 😂 The staff had not great English, was expecting more for Shanghai! The counters of check in were cluttered and messy, no one offered to help with bags. The staff were rushed and panicked in their instructions not welcoming. More of a local hotel experience than an international brand hotel quality.”
