“The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the electronics market in Shenzhen. Plenty of food, drink and other services around. The laundry room which was free to use was a life saver for any extended trip. Breakfast, afternoon tea and evening snack were included and great. The staff were also fantastic, they helped with all our queries. Especially Xiao Yu, she went above and beyond and helped give us peace of mind about our packages we had delivered to the hotel. We had already checked out yet she still made sure that we were looked after. We are very grateful for her service and also the service of the other staff. The complimentary ice cream was also the cherry on top to a great stay! Would recommend. Nothing”
