“Located in the nice area with close proximity with prominent shopping locations in Jing'an. Price was decent. Overall, my stay was okay, but there were a few things that could be improved. First, the staff did not speak much English. Although they used a translation tool, communication was still not very smooth or convenient. Second, the room was not very soundproof. In the morning, I could clearly hear noise from nearby rooms, including repeated throat-clearing sounds from someone (I am not sure if it was the guest or the staff), which was quite unpleasant. Third, the location is in a good area, but the hotel is roughly between two metro stations. This means you need to walk a bit to reach either station, which may not be ideal if you have luggage or prefer easier access to public transport.”
