“The beds were comfy and it was nice to have restocked water and a few soda. The lobby had a nice area to congregate in. The staff at the front desk are horrible. I’ve stayed at many Mercure but this was a poor representation of the brand. The staff ignored used, wouldn’t greet us, couldn’t even crack a smile. On our last day when we extended our check out time by 1hr, they didn’t update our room cards so we were locked out and when we asked them to help, the lady said “she would let us into our rooms once we write a good review” and gave a small gift to try to bribe us. I explained I would give an honest review because I didn’t like the way she treated us. She immediately changed for trying to suck up to sullen again. I would not recommend this location if you’re not Chinese, they are not interested.”
