“Close to the huge Daning Mall and within a short walk to Line 1 metro Yanchang Road station. The hotel warns guests they may hear some noise as it’s currently undergoing a renovation - we didn’t hear any noise in our room on the 12th floor. Our room was a little dated, the blackout section of the curtains needed replacing. The bathroom had a shower above bath, the main shower head had been disconnected, but the hand held attachment worked fine. Loads of storage and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast - an egg station providing omelettes as well as fried eggs, no queuing for coffee as lots of coffee machines, delicious pastries and a good selection of fresh fruit. The foyer has a massive foyer, however very little seating for guests. Happily recommend this hotel to travellers visiting Shanghai.”
