“I liked that the room was clean, aesthetically pleasing, I felt very at ease compared to the previous place I stayed at which had a smelly room. I liked the fact that the bathroom was spacious, the shower was big enough and could put my toiletries on the seat in the shower. I liked the fluffy towels, the crisp linen on the bed, and also the size & firmness of the pillows - it was perfect. I really liked the no fuss check in, and the fact I was there a little earlier than official check in time and they allowed me to check in. Location was perfect for what I came to Shanghai to do - to see Sleep No More which was only about 10 mins away. The bar & lounge downstairs was a bit hit & miss - the Caesar salad was a bit soggy and lettuce a bit limp, but the deep fried chicken wings were delicious and hot (coincidentally the lettuce salad that came on the side with the chicken wings was also limp and the chips were a bit cold). Not a big deal and could have been a once off.”
