“Everything was impeccable. Spacious, luxurious, service was absolutely fantastic and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast was very generous and they made fresh lobster and meat wontons, fresh noodles, fresh pastries, fruit cut fresh - I can go on and on. Even though the hotel, room, beach, food - everything (and for an extremely good value level of price), I have to say our ‘butler’ (which is the official name), Miss Tina, was the one who made our stay above and beyond. She was so kind, professional, charming and she took such well care of us. Miss Tina is one of a kind, I’ve never met such a dedicated - while easy going- staff member at a hotel. She made us feel at home. Beyond her, the concierge Zeke, Miss Lucy in the restaurant and all their colleagues, such as the beach guard - they were always so helpful and made our family enjoy every moment. We will have to come back! It was our best vacation so far. I think a couple of restaurants were closed so dinner options were not plentiful.”
