“The room was quite good and met the standard you would expect from a Hilton property. However, what impressed me the most was the service. Last night there was very heavy snowfall, and I was extremely hungry. Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with the food delivery apps here and cannot read Chinese. Two night-shift staff members, Kiki and Vicky Ma, went above and beyond to help me. They patiently assisted me in ordering food through the app and took great care of everything with genuine kindness and attention. Their service was truly outstanding and made my stay much more comfortable and memorable. I really appreciate their help and warm hospitality. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back again. Nothing”
