“Nov 13-14, 2021 I am IHG Spire Elite member. It was our first experience with the hotel. My wife and I had a very refreshing and relaxing weekend. We love to go for long hours walk especially when everything is green or in the autumn season. The location of the hotel really amazed us ~ right at the wetland park. Surrounded by trees and dotted with lakes. We were warmly welcomed by front desk staff, Bill (prior to my connection with the FOM, Tina). We always like a room with balcony especially in a cool sunny autumn ~ allowed us to relax and unwind. We had a good view room on the 2nd floor. At breakfast, William and his team were passionate and we enjoyed a selection of our favorites. Chief chef, Frank was present during breakfast time and he initiated to connect with the guests. We had a chance to chat with him. He was very friendly and committed to our request for early dinner to be delivered to our room, as we wanted to dine at the balcony. The rack of lamb and roast pork knuckles were delicious. We look forward to return again in the future and we strongly recommend this hotel. Thank you.”
