“It’s so peaceful here being surrounded by mountains of bamboo and gentle sound of nearby stream. A special thanks goes to Mr. Qiao at the reception, who was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. He responded to every request promptly and went above and beyond by sharing recommendations for local activities, making us feel genuinely looked after rather than just checked in. We were also lucky enough to be looked after by KK, a staff member with an infectious enthusiasm for the local area. He introduced us to 拓印, a traditional crafting art we’d never tried before, and led us on a memorable walk to the nearby river and mountain. Along the way, he shared his extensive knowledge of local plants — it felt like exploring with a knowledgeable friend. We’re grateful for his time and passion. As for the room — it lived up to every word of its description, The highlight part: A cherry tree in full blossom right outside our balcony. Waking up to that view each morning was nothing short of magical.”
