“Nothing at all! From the moment I stepped into the building and found out it's a shared building hotel and have to share the elevator with the restaurant patrons and delivery man. I was shocked. I was misled by the description on the website. It was advertised as an original price from CNY 2,441 to CNY1,099 . room size 355fts with city view. It's a totally false description! That's the worst experience I've ever had with any hotel from booking.com in the last ten years. It's a shared building hotel. From 1/F to 4/F were a hot pot restaurant and a Spa. My room was just above the hot pot restaurant. When I entered my room, it smelled of Chinese Hot Pot. There's also a strong smell of cigarette smoke and durian. I have to use my perfume to cover such an obnoxious smell. In the morning, around 7:30 a.m., I was awakened by the sound of someone using an electrical saw, which came from the building just next to the hotel. I complained about those to the Duty Manager, who wasn't able to do much, even though he tried to change my room to a higher floor. I ended up checking out a day earlier without a refund for a one-day stay. I would never go for any brand that I had never heard of. The quality can be that bad!”
