“Overall it is a quiet and comfortable hotel. There are kids activities that are interesting and fun. The kids enjoyed the soy milk making process. The service at the restaurant during dinner time was not very satisfactory. We need to keep asking for things like cutleries and ended up taking our own plates. It improved the next night. Main disappointment is the closure of the craft beer bar. This is one of the two main reasons why we chose this hotel and it was very disappointing to be told upon arrival that it was closed for winter. This fact was not mentioned at all on the website or booking portal.”
