Receptionist was rudely talking to her collegue in Chinese, thinking I don't understand her, saying «Ugh, these foreigners, too many problems», told me my country «doesn’t exist», accused me of having a fake passport, and said I didn’t look like my passport photo. I have been traveling for years, and this is the first time anyone has questioned the validity of my passport. Completely unprofessional behavior. No Wi-Fi password in the room, had to go back to reception to ask for it. The staff made a sarcastic comment asking if I was “capable of turning on the AC”, which was unnecessary and disrespectful.
