“My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the hospitality and service we received during our recent stay, specifically from your lounge staff, Alice Wang and Richard Yang. Alice was exceptional; she consistently ensured that freshly cooked vegetarian options were available for us. We were particularly touched one evening when we arrived back after 8:00 PM due to a road accident and heavy traffic. Despite the late hour, Alice organized freshly tossed vegetables and bread for us. After such a long, tiring day, this gesture really touched our hearts. Richard also stood out for his attentiveness, ensuring I had the opportunity to try the very best Chinese teas throughout our stay. His knowledge and hospitality made our evenings in the lounge a highlight of the trip. One Suggestion for Improvement: While the staff went above and beyond, we would suggest expanding the standard menu to include more strict vegetarian options (prepared without egg, meat, or fish). This would ensure that guests with these dietary requirements have a variety of choices readily available. Thank you to the entire lounge team for exceeding our expectations. We look forward to visiting again!”
