“When we arrived at the property we found out that we didn't have a reservation with the hotel-even though Expedia had said that we were booked- so that was quite a surprise as you can imagine !With the island being heavily booked we were worried but the front desk lady was so wonderfully good that she took control of our situation and found us a spot at another hotel right next door for one night. Without her, it would have been terrible ! She was the best !! The hotel was lovely and in a perfect location and the breakfasts were great. The grounds were lovely and ideal for relaxation .”
