“This hotel is situated in a quieter part of Zermatt, beside the river, but within a good 10minute walk to the train station. They also have free shuttle service if you don't feel like walking. We got an Alpine Chic Room, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that it has a view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The room was well appointed and comfortable for 3 (2 adults and 1 child). Breakfast selection was good and filling. All staff were warm and hospitable. My son also liked the trampoline in the hotel grounds. The only issue is that the room lacked hanging rods, and has no privacy upon exiting the shower which might be an issue if you're staying in the room with friends or older kids. Nonetheless, this hotel is a great choice in Zermatt.”
