“Unfortunately, the room I was given was right next to a construction site. When I called to inform the staff, the female staff member told me that I couldn’t change rooms unless I upgraded and paid extra. The hotel wasn’t even half full at the time, so it was quite disappointing. It would have been a great opportunity to create a positive impression for a first-time guest, but instead, I was met with unhelpful response. On the other hand, the male receptionist was very kind, polite, and welcoming — I appreciated his attitude. It’s a pity, because I had planned to come back during the ski season, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be staying at this hotel again. Also The room still had some dust on the phone and the desk. ”
