“Very nice, friendly staff that upgraded us to a suite room. Massive room with renovated bathroom overlooking the lake. As many other reviews have mentioned, I regret to say that despite the friendliness of the staff and the huge room overlooking the lake, it was extremely warm inside the room. There wasn't even a heatwave, but the room was easily 7 or 8 degrees warmer than outside. It was unbearably hot which made me wake up several times because of the temperature. The AC was too loud and not very efficient in cooling down the room. Massive disappointment for an otherwise great stay. I think it's meant to be more of a winter hotel given how much heat the rooms retain.”
