“The hotel was absolutely beautiful and run by a wonderful Swiss family with exceptional hospitality. They treated me as if I were part of their own family. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, from the reception staff to the restaurant employees, and the hotel owner herself was extremely kind to me. I truly enjoyed my stay. The room was perfectly organized and very clean, with a soft and comfortable bed. I booked a single room for myself, and it was more than enough for my stay. The bathroom was spotless, and they even prepared some sweets and a bottle of sparkling water in the room as a lovely welcome gesture. The breakfast was good and sufficient. The hotel itself had the authentic charm of a traditional Swiss house, beautifully decorated with lovely antique pieces and charming details throughout every corner of the property. Everything was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. I honestly have no complaints at all — everything exceeded my expectations.”
