“Our stay at Guarda Val was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so incredibly kind and welcoming from the very beginning. Raffaele was the best waiter — so attentive, funny, and genuinely warm. The receptionist, I believe his name was Valentin, welcomed us like family and made us feel immediately at home. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and authentic. The bartender was a true expert and made some of the best cocktails we’ve had! The reception team was also amazing — they offered to help with dinner reservations, welcomed us with drinks upon check-in, and were incredibly flexible with check-out. The thermal baths were very easy to access and available at all times, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. They also accommodated dietary preferences with off-menu options, which we really appreciated. Overall, the level of kindness, hospitality, and care was exceptional. I honestly felt great the entire stay and would happily come back again.”
