“We had been looking forward to finishing our evening with a drink on the rooftop terrace that the hotel advertises. When we returned to the hotel around 21:00, the reception told us it was open. We took the lift to the top floor (5th on our side of the building) to find no sign of any bar. We went back down and the receptionist then said it was a lift on the other side of the building that we should use. However, this was inaccessible from the ground floor (a door was locked due to an event) and she told us to walk up the starircase for one floor and then take the lift to the top floor. We did this, but the lift button for the top floor didn't work. We went up to the floor below the top, where there was also a sort of bar, where we were told that the rooftop terrace bar was in fact closed. Perhaps it would be a good idea for the reception to actually know what is happening in the hotel and where things are!”
