“What I liked most about the hotel was its beautiful location by the lake. The view from the room was lovely and made the stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and offered plenty of space to relax. Waking up to the scenery and enjoying the peaceful surroundings was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always polite and willing to assist whenever we had a question. Their warm attitude made us feel comfortable and well looked after from the moment we arrived. There were a few things I did not particularly like during my stay. The pillows were very large and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The hair dryer seemed quite old and would stop working after about a minute because it overheated. I did not report it during my stay, so the hotel might have been able to resolve the issue if I had mentioned it. The room did not include complimentary water, nor were there tea and coffee-making facilities such as a kettle, which would have been appreciated. The bathtub was quite high and slippery. Adding a non-slip mat or safety feature could help prevent accidents. Finally, we only asked for a fork from the hotel, but unfortunately they were unable to provide one. While this was a small request, it would have been helpful if basic utensils were available for guests.”
