“Being able to control the room temperature ourselves. The room was nice and the man who checked us in was really pleasant helpful. The sign explaining where to check in was misleading, the cleaning lady I asked for help was rude and just said look at the sign on the door. It was a serve yourself breakfast, but the bread, had been left out for too long and had gone stale as had the cheese slices, even though they were refrigerated. There were no staff at all at breakfast at 8am so no one to tell this to in person. There was clutter (e.g. linen cages) in the inner courtyard which you have to go through to get to your room. Made visiting the bar unappealing.”
