“Initially, the room we were given, was created/designed specifically, for a person with disabilities. We were NOT impressed, or happy with it...! Hotel Reception explained to us that because we booked through Booking.com, the room we were assigned, was based on the online pricing. We were reasonable with our complaint, and we were assigned a better room. We were very GRATEFUL. Because we booked online - based on the advertised price - our understanding/perception and experience was, we were assigned a room of lesser quality.”
