“We had a great stay during our recent visit to Pantages hotel. This was our second stay here, and we chose it again because we fully enjoyed our experience the first time. The hotel is in a central location, very close to the main shopping center, It has its own restaurant. There are many other dining options nearby. We liked having a laundry and a dryer machine in our room, which was very convenient during our stay. There was an unexpected issue with the hot water during our stay, and we had to take cold showers. But the hotel management was kind enough and offered a complimentary breakfast voucher to us. This was very nice of them. We enjoyed our breakfast, which was well prepared and nicely served. The room was clean, comfortable, and had its own charm. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They also had a storage room where we were able to keep our luggage since we arrived before check-in time. The hotel now works with Air Canada miles program and you are able to earn a few miles when staying at Pantages hotel. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Toronto. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.”
