“Our reservation was changed at the last minute, and this wasn't the unit or even the building that we had reserved. The bed was not very comfortable, and there was no reading light in the bedroom or top sheet on the bed. The unit was very sparsely furnished. Check-in and check-out procedures were not very clear, especially when given last minute info on the phone while driving in downtown Toronto looking for a parking lot.”
