“No breakfast offered. Used kitchenette in room. Lighting was poor to none existent. Chairs for table and desk too small and ery uncomfortable. Blanket not big enough to go over sides of bed so two people could not be covered. No instructions on how to operate TV so frustrating to maneuver. All instructions taped to counter top with no lighting so difficult to read. Windows dirty. Rest of room was clean. Staff seemed to be multitasking with no one available without ringing for them. We booked for second night and went home early as we were so uncomfortable. There is room for a queen size bed but only small double in room. It was advertised as a double room. I thought that meant two beds. Kitchenette was provided but frig and microwave on power bar not turned on for us so had to figure out all this with minimal lighting to see things. No outlet available except by sink to plug in devices. None available at desk where there should be one.”
