“Fabulous hotel in a beautiful location. And we loved our room with the ocean view and balcony. The bed was blissfully comfortable, as were the pillows. And everything was spotlessly clean. The restaurant was also very good. Just wish we'd stayed longer and had made this our base for visiting the east of Vancouver Island rather than moving about as we did. The hotel seems very popular with families, unsurprisingly with the pool, lovely sandy beach, and nearby activities. Because the hotel is popular with families we found it very noisy in the evening with children running about the corridor, knocking on each others doors and banging doors, as well as the loud tv next door. However the positives outweighed the negatives, and fortunately the hotel has a quiet policy between 23h00 and 07h00 so we were finally able to enjoy some peace!”
