“The front desk staff were very attentive and prompt. Soft spoken and very ready to solve any issues i was having. The sauna was spectacular, I loved the whirlpool too. Pool was dirty the first day I used it, but was cleaner then next time. Just this one time the front desk hung up on me. Major issue was HOUSEKEEPING! I don't like that they don't clean rooms on time. Occupied rooms should be cleaned before empty ones. I was out of towels severally and had to wait till almost 2pm. If I called front desk to complain I only got the towels without the cleaning. Other times they come to just rearrange my sheets unless I ask for fresh ones.”
