“Excellent location right on the waterfront with beautiful views and easy access to downtown Kingston. The facility was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, quiet, and well equipped, making for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options and friendly service. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay at the Holiday Inn Waterfront in Kingston again The hotel overall was excellent, with a great waterfront location, friendly staff, and beautifully renovated facilities. However, one aspect of the room design did not work well for us. The bathroom and closet shared a single sliding door, which meant that when the closet was closed, the bathroom was exposed, and when using the bathroom or shower, the closet area was exposed. It felt awkward and did not provide the level of privacy or functionality we expected. We mentioned this at check-in and were told it was a newly renovated room. While the renovation is attractive, this particular design feature may need to be reconsidered or improved for guest comfort.”
