“I feel compelled to share my experience with this hotel. We originally booked to stay for my brother in law’s birthday celebration (family of 6 so we needed two rooms) But we ended up getting called to the hospital as my father in law was dying. The front desk was amazing and cancelled our rooms, no questions asked. Then, he ended up passing away, so we showed up late at night after the hospital, in tears, and still needing a room. The night clerk was super compassionate and helped us get settled. The rooms themselves were fantastic. It was so comforting to sleep in a clean, comfortable bed/room after the day we had. We were so impressed that we booked them same hotel a few weeks later for the funeral. They remembered us, and gave us the same care and compassion. If this were a regular hotel stay, they’d still get high marks for friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and great location. My husband does not typically comment on hotels and he said it’s the best hotel he’s ever stayed at. Thank you to your staff for making our stay as good as possible. You all went over and above for us and we will never forget it. If you’re reading this review as a potential customer, you will not be disappointed by this hotel.”
